    Lie down and make yourself comfortable and cup your hands on your hips.
    Then gently squeeze your glutes and raise your legs and upper body off the
    ground. Hold this pose and straighten your legs and you will feel the heat
    develop in your lower back.

    This exercise is for everyone that sit in office chairs for extended
    periods of time and have sore low back including the author! I had many
    years of persistent sore low back as soon I tried this exercise I felt heat
    go into the area where my back had been sore for so long!! The next day for
    the first time in 10 years, my constant sore lower back pain was gone. It
    may work for you too! Good luck with your exercises and health goals and
