    i’m so glad i waited till the end of the video. the i found the tender
    point in my subclavical and deltoid muscles. after pushing on them, like
    90% of my range of motion came back.

    Very good, easy and logic explanation of the shoulder muscles and functions.

    If felt better within 5 minutes with treatment of the subclavical.
    I Think the subclavical is one reason for moving the Acromion in the front
    direction & the humeroradial is no more in the right position.
    This causes pain and irritation at the rotator cuff fixation. A overload
    (Sport,unusual work etc.) had initiate my frozen shoulder.

    I think i damage my shoulder bench pressing when i was in highschool. I
    think i need to check it up. It hurts a bit when i raise my arm high

    What does it mean if my shoulder are making small soft sounds while
    rotating it, yet there is slight or no pain at all? It’s only on my right
    shoulder, I think at the back on my shoulder blades.
