Very good, easy and logic explanation of the shoulder muscles and functions.

If felt better within 5 minutes with treatment of the subclavical.
I Think the subclavical is one reason for moving the Acromion in the front
direction & the humeroradial is no more in the right position.
This causes pain and irritation at the rotator cuff fixation. A overload
(Sport, unusual work etc.) had initiate my frozen shoulder.

Thank´s a lot for helping feeling me better !!

*The rotator cuff is a group of four tendons and muscles that converge
around the top of the humerus, the upper arm bone above the elbow.*

What does it mean if my shoulder are making small soft sounds while
rotating it, yet there is slight or no pain at all? It’s only on my right
shoulder, I think at the back on my shoulder blades.
